Pep Vault UK Ltd reserves the right to amend product prices, promotional offers and delivery charges at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect Orders that have already been accepted by us.
Whilst every reasonable effort is made to ensure that pricing information on our Website is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. Where an obvious pricing error, technical fault or administrative mistake results in a Product being listed at an incorrect price, Pep Vault UK Ltd reserves the right to:
- Cancel the affected Order before dispatch.
- Contact you with the correct pricing and offer the opportunity to proceed with or cancel your Order.
- Issue a full refund where payment has already been received.
